Graduated in Law from the University of Navarre, and specialist in Employment Law with a Master’s Degree from Pompeu Fabra University.
He acquired his specialisation in the legal-sports field by means of courses and seminars organised by UEFA, RFEF, FIFA and International Congresses.
In his more than 25 years of professional experience, he has directed professional affairs for the most renowned clubs or public limited sports companies in Catalonia, for the FCF, for CTAFC, and for universities linked to sport and health, and has defended the interests of numerous professional athletes.

CARLES MCCRAGH

A lawyer registered with the Bar Associations of Girona,Cartagena de Indias (Colombia) and the International Criminal Bar Association (ICB); First Honorary Lawyer of the Sueca Bar Association (Valencia) (2016).
Vice-Dean of the Girona Bar Association from 2000 to 2010, Director of the School of Legal Practice, Dean of the Illustrious Bar Association of Girona from 2010 to the present day.
Mr McGrach was Chairman of the Council of Illustrious Bar Associations of Catalonia in 2017 (CICAC) and vice-chairman of the same association in 2015; he has been chairman of the CICAC Training Commission and currently chairs and heads the Consell dels Advocats de Catalunya’s Commissions on Human Rights, Foreign Affairs and Animal Rights. Vice Chairman and coordinator of the Human Rights Foundation of the General Council of Spanish Lawyers (CGAE), Vice Chairman of the CGAE’s Subcommittee on Foreign Affairs, and Founder and Chairman of the LiberPress Association that has organised the LiberPress Awards since 1999.
He has been a speaker and moderator at various national and international legal conferences and congresses, most of which dealing with Human Rights. He has taught courses on Human Rights for the AECID in Latin American countries.
He is also the organiser and coordinator of the CICAC Values Awards, and has written articles in various magazines and newspapers, including a series on Human Rights and the new advocacy in Economist&Jurist.
